[title] => It's Raining Again
[time] => 2004-10-21 09:06:42
[hometext] => This is one about a relationship I had that recently ended, but really it is for anyone who has loved & lost ++++++++++vibes++++++++++++
[bodytext] => It's Raining Again Its raining again And lets not pretend... I loved you, & I still care Now you're a long way away now We don't pick up the phone 'Cause when hearts get all tangled up people get hurt & we both did our fair share of hurting Oh but its raining again And I went for a walk in the rain Down in our favorite park Where I passed by the cherry tree Where I went down on one knee & asked for your hand Where you told me I wasn't the one Now its raining again Are you still out there, in Hollywood, in Paris, in LA? Do you still wake up at nights all alone Do have someone to hold? Do you wish you'd stayed? 'Cause thats what I wish My darling little bird that just had to fly free So fly away, fly fly away But don't forget My heart was a Home My heart would have given you anything Oh its raining again & I'm crying Sometimes it all gets too much Sometimes I hate being just by myself again, and I get blue as the deep Ocean But I keep lookin' for that rainbow I know someday I'll meet someone and she'll stay I know, I know, I just know Oh but its raining again Like its been raining for years & I guess someday the sun will shine and we will all dance the dance of Summer & like the prodigal son, Love will return Bearing gifts in both her hands, and all sins will be forgiven But I kinda like being by the window Watching the rain fall down Tracing my breath on the glass And just remembering What it felt like, to not be alone, in this dark, dark world, But glittering fairies that frolic in the water, light my way, because the rain is in my heart now... 'Cause I miss her, & I still care, & that's true, on this rainy day.
