A thousand years ago

A soul that split into two

Pieces that could not be whole

Till the day that I met you

A person whom, like me has no fear of death

But welcome it with open arms, now

Let your tears stream down my face

As my blood pours out from your wounds

I would let my self die first to wait for you

See the moon weep for us tonight

As our lives end in a dimming light

We will be closer in death then

When we are reborn as one

Two pieces of one soul finally reunited

In one perfect form forever

Will finally be set free

We are one soul that died

A thousand years ago

A soul that split into two

Pieces that could not be whole

Till the day that I met you

A person whom, like me has no fear of death
