why can't anyone see
just what i am

this cheap mortaility
you have shown me
all my mistakes
then walked away
never letting me
plead my case
so thats it i guess
i lost again
what can i say
although every day i'll know
just how hard it is

Me
why can't anyone see
just what i am
or what i'll be
times running out
why can't you see
just how much
you mean to me
but i mean nothing
as well i see
for every vow
that i shall make
i will not
make one here today
for you have comsumed from me
this cheap mortaility
you have shown me

Being judged unfairly is hard, and letting go is even harder. Lovely poem
