What lies behind is forgotten,
What waits ahead is anticipated,
What turns will I take?
What mountains will there be to climb?
Will I stand strong and solid?
Will I crumble from the pressure?
So many questions plague my mind,
So many dreams play over within my dreams,
Endless cycles of wondering take over daily events,
Curiosity is powerful,
All too often deadly,
Yet I'm full of it.......As always,
Sitting here alone with faces all around me,
Wandering with no direction,
Dreamy,
Almost in a state of meditation,
I like it here,
It's peaceful.

All day I've been thinking,
And each day I'll do the same,
Till the stars burn out and all time stops. [comments] => 3 [counter] => 158 [topic] => 25 [informant] => Gimpie [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => MiscPoems )

Thanking you Gimpie for stopping to share my Autumn's Tears. Let me please WELCOME YOU YPDC.........We are so happy to have you aboard!
I really enjoyed this poem Gimpie..shows you are a good thinker, a wonderful at meditating. Also that you worry alot about tomorrow. There are two days that drive a person mad.......one is yesterday and the other is tomorrow......live just one day at time.....for in one day there's trouble enough to keep you busy for all time!
You have much talent Jess.........I really enjoyed this poem.
Thank you for sharing,
Hugs

I can relate to this poem a lot. I spend more time thinking then doing anything else. When I'm thinking, I feel that I'm at peace. My mind goes all over the place and I love it. I liked this poem a lot. Welcome to YPDC!! Its is great that you can put your poems online and all different people can give you great comments?!! Once again, I liked the poem a lot!!!
