The Moment

Topic: LovePoetry

You're here for the moment
So i have something to say
I want you to know how i feel
Deep down i know it's real

I know you're hiding something
You have it locked up inside
I want you to let go
Let your feelings show

I'm not sure what it is
But i know it's there
I see it when i am near
Tell me what it is you fear

I want to get to know you
But is there something in the way?
Are you holding back?
Or are you just off track?

As i tear this page out
To give to you,
To let you know i might care
My feelings to share...

But do i dare say i care?
Or should i save my breathe
Your personallity speaks
It makes my knees weak

I enjoy getting to know you
But do you enjoy knowing me?
Is it the same thing?
Or am i just living in a dream?
