We used to get so wound up over the music and the movements.
and now, as you say i get lost
In the politeness the pleases
the thankyous and the okays.
and I lived through the dismay with needles and pricking of pins.
and you helped me.

And last night, the screaming in my head got too much
and defending myself was too tough.
and I scraped in the barrel of my own self destruction.
and the scales said 9.
and someone drove me away in his car ; and I made myself new again.

I have returned to here, to you.
and you have chosen to once again, confuse and strangle in my desire.
what is it you want?
Me or something more solid. someone more reliable.
somebody more alive. [comments] => 2 [counter] => 196 [topic] => 22 [informant] => Carli [notes] => (edited by mod_12 for spelling) [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 4 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 0 [associated] => [topicname] => LostLove )

Good poem, well written and well presented too, the idea is interesting and the style of writing is even more interesting, While I was reading this poem all I was thinking about is "Tom Petty's" song "Free Falling", Good job, keep it up.
