That hits home... I feel for you there hun. I grew my hair, changed my makeup, changed my clothes, hung out with new people... and finally realized he was the one who needed to change, and be more accepting. Your poem really speaks much truth. I like!

I know what you mean by change for them, and for them not to even notice is no excusse for you to stay.
