On the outside
But inside...
I've already slit my wrists
While the whole world laughs at me
I try to hide my tears
Mocking me
I'm so ***** off
I can't even think straight
So I'll make one cut a little deeper
And cry myself to sleep [comments] => 9 [counter] => 205 [topic] => 48 [informant] => eyesxcriedxout1989 [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 5 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => EmotionalPoetry )

honestly, jocks open words are to build themselves into bigger a-holes. don't pay them any mind, you've a life probably all the more worthwhile than theirs.

OK, i was you hun. I wore fishnets and big black boots. I was stared at by the "jocks" and I hated it too. But I met this guy from another school one night when my wardrobe was towned down a bit... he was a jock and a prep and a pretty boy. Blonde hair blue eyes abercrombie type grossed me out at first sight.... Well we got drunk and got it on bla bla bla (thanks alchohol...)... and four years later we are married with a 7 week old baby. What I am trying to say is because he didn't know me and didn't have a preconcieved notion of who i was he saw me for who i really was and he fell for me. We looked silly together walking in public, me with all the tatts and black clothes, and him with his Tommy hilfiger shirts and pretty boy face. So just as they see you in a distorted view we see them in the same light.

That's a really great poem. I really liked the format and the flow. You captured so many people's emotions so well. And, hey, what's wrong w/ being gay? ;-) Screw what those jocks think. Wear what you want and if they say anything, just tell em that anyone who has time to care about what other people are wearing, then they have WAY too much time on their hands when they should really be using that time to fill their heads w/ something other than air. Great write!

I agree with the previous comments...dont worry about what they think...if they can't take you for who you are, they aren't worth it...they are a**holes anyway...they think they are top s***...but hey...they aren't that great...keep up the great writing...i love the emotion...

Screw them. Who do they think they are. They're no better then any one. They might think they're better but they're not. Don't let them get an reaction from you. That's what they want. Just remeber they're all the same but you are unique. And that's what makes you special.

They are winning! When you hurt yourself, they win. I know, I'm a hypocrit. I hurt myself all the time, but not that way. I hurt myself in other ways. I can't bring myself to hurt others, so I punish myself. But everytime we hurt ourselves, they win. Sad, but true. I hope you find peace. I haven't, and never will, but I hope you can.

The write was great! Short, (Bitter)sweet, and succinct. I hope it made you feel better to get it off your chest! :o]

Those types of gejashiku are just looking
for any excuse to call someone
a derogatory name
and "fag" and "gay" are very trendy.
And tiresome.
I hope this kind of harrassment
doesn't continue or escalate.
Be cool and find your inner strength.

Me and Godzilla got
your back, blood.
