The anger…
Within my carcass
Within my soul
It carries me on
Into the night
As I will walk again

Amongst the dead
We will unite
And become one
To feed to breathe

I walk amongst the dying people
Same direction as they will go
Slipping down this hollow tube
Existing only in the darkness
In the dreams of living beings
Innocence being snatched from them
As they obey my commands
Believing in their falsified dream
They obey
As I feed
Upon their sins
I breathe them in
Twitching from pleasure
Feeling the pain…
The anger…
Within my carcass
Within my soul
It carries me on
Into the night
As I will walk again
Amongst the living
Amongst the dead
We will unite
And become one
To feed to breathe
To walk and see…

damn... this is dark... but I really liked it... in a sick kind of way. good poem... it made a lot of sense.

I agree with screwup... this is really dark!!!
And it does make a lot of sense... this is exactly as the devil does and feels when he has a person in his control... he drinks in all the hate and anger in that person's life and destroys their soul...

This is good, i like the contrast between the traits of the living as opposed to those who are dead. It makes me think of all the people who succumc to the trap of apathy, still breathing, but not really alive.
