Feeling forlorn,
rather down and blue?
Write an email,
a new friend assail.
Visit a Senior Citizen facility,
Lonely folks, leave them cheery.
Thinking of others is love.
Be kind to yourself,
by helping others.
Want to be happy?
Many blessings from above.....

Mom, This is a great write and oh so true.
