blue like the sleep under arms of trees.

Over mountain and vale, my road treads,
over dark storms gathering in sleepy dells.

Where the rising sun sounds trumpets of light,
and at last, rests in a gentle, humming night.

Standing upon a wind, gazing upon a star…
I have spun upon the dusk, myriads of dreams.

In the emerald and jade of an endless pasture,
I have danced free… and felt richer than kings.

And when the summer brings oceans of verdure,
I am the captain of a thousand ships.

Deep is the sky where my hope breathes,
keen is the air, and unsullied is every breeze.

Sweet are the tunes the song-birds teach me,
and sweeter my home… upon the beckoning hills.

Masterpiece. I love the way you are capable, with just simple words, to transport a reader to so many distant worlds.
Take care.
