It's meant to be a bit abstract, I mean, I was just rambling on about what came to mind. I liked the final product, I hope you do too. [bodytext] => In my chest, there is a lonely heart,
Tis seeking true love,
Tis not enough, but it's a start.

Yet as it beats its lonely beat,
My one true love I wish to meet
And all along, I feel the heat,
Of the fire that burns inside me.

It is the fire that drives my soul,
To find my true love,
To fill the gap, to fill the hole.

And in my soul there burns a light,
In the darkness it still burns bright,
It is what gets me through the night,
Lost in the darkness around me.

In my head, a pensative brain,
It seeks the reason,
It finds it not, but feels the pain.

How close to true love will I get?
I know I have not found it yet,
Yet if I don't, I've no regret,
For maybe, she's meant to find me. [comments] => 3 [counter] => 267 [topic] => 2 [informant] => Irish [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 14 [ratings] => 3 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => LovePoetry )

I did like this final product. I thought the progression of your thoughts was really fascinating. In the beginning you seem more depressed and almost weak and insecure.....relying completely on your heart, but at the end you were saying what you knew was right, almost as if to convince yourself. Sometimes, we do have to train ourselves to do and think what is right. I liked the progression. Great work.
