straight to the inside of you where i meet your insecurities
and laugh at all the ridiculous lies
you try and try so hard to find your acceptance
acting like your the one that should be saying who is accepted
when the truth of the matter is
on the average night you cry yourself to sleep

you don't talk much about your family
maybe thats because you don't feel you have one
or maybe because you're still a little unsure of the term "family"
you move around from place to place
never knowing what you can call home
drugs? sure, as long as nobody knows
you dream of the so called normal life

something i think you should know is i care
and maybe if you show your real self,
who knows mabye others will too
and if not, least you'll know you gave all you had to offer
and you'll never have to walk away from something
feeling like what you just did or said-wasn't really you
because i know its not
i know the real you
you've made so many people believe
that you were someone your not
but i still see thru you like a crystal glass
and i still care

Very well-written.
Sensitive and strong.
The last line specially caps off the whole poem so well -
'but i still see thru you like a crystal glass
and i still care.'

That's pretty awesome! The abbreviation of the word "through" was the only thing I didn't like about it.
