The tears that fell are like myself
Fallen and shattered
Because of someone else

Hopes once lost are found again
Smiles once to weak to see
Gain a sudden energy
The clouds among my eyes
Your light penetrates
Through the lies

Just the sound of your voice
Can help me find a way
It helps me make my choice
To live or to die?
To fall or fly?

A sudden urge to over come
All the problems
I was running from
A heartbeat away from falling
I want to fly
I feel the blood pulsing through my veins
And I no longer want to die

Memories burst through their confines
Flooding and escaping into my mind
The tears that fell are like myself
Fallen and shattered
Because of someone else

Hopes once lost are found again
Smiles once to weak to see
