Blocked from the world
The voices in her head
screaming for release

The shine of a blade
The slice through her flesh
Scarlet droplets on porcelain skin

The hole in her heart
deep and desolate
No one to share her pain
A heavy load lightened by
each cut of her flesh

Each droplet shed
lightens her heart for
cuts will heal but the
hole in her heart will not

One can fill it, but
the one is denied passage
to this little crooked angel

hrm, what is it with the pattern of angels? im glad you see that nothing physical solves anything emotional. there is more to fill a hole than just one... excellent write.

This is really good. But you can't really understand until you've been there. and I have.
I have to say this is absolutly perfect
