A warm, pulsating heart
In your tender palms?
With the eyes of divinity
Casting down their woeful gazes
On the still-breath calm.
I have a n'er-ceasing flow
Of this divine energy
At my disposal.
Yet they have an arsenal
Of gaseous bile.
They will strip your soul
Clean of purity
And replace it with the mildew
From bathroom tiles.
Have they already reached you?
Reached your weakness?
Will you admit them
In to your theatre of mortal imbalance?
I found a ticket stub on strange soil.
It read: Admit won.
Will the will of your sweet soul win?
Or will the will of sin?
