as the hours roll by.
In a room that's so quiet
all you hear is a sigh.
The darkness surrounding
blinds even those with their lights
For a room thats so friendly
There are too many fights
All the memories floating
Through out all of our minds
Nothing stays hidden
But theres nothing to find.
Inside I stay empty
but so full of these lies,
Every step I take
another hope of mine dies.
In a crowd that is so full
all I hold onto is me
When I look into your eyes
There is nothing to see.
All the shouting I've given
never left my lips before you.
All the hurting that I've felt
was something you never knew.
In a heart that's so empty
I just wanted you to care
but when I needed you the most
you were never there
So my hours are gone now
and the room's filled with shouts
the darkness consumes me
and every thought is of doubt.
My veins are now open
as I cry on the floor
I've emptied my heart out
and so very much more.

Very deep , and emotional write. Sems, that happens to many......but you have to perceive , and have that given back, as well.

This is shockingly beautiful
I can relate very well
too well lol
Tis a burden yet we achieve poetic greatness
from our suffering..
The give of suffering almost
