Thoughts sad and morbid;
crying out for comfort;
pleading distraction;
crippling waves of emotion dominate,
can no longer bear.
Moving on, finding peace,
needed release, light and inspiration.
How do I stop these tears from flowing?
Or do I let them come

How do I stop these tears from flowing?
This pain from swelling?
Daily reminders of sorrows known;
uncontrolled reactions of a broken heart.
Thoughts sad and morbid;
crying out for comfort;

Moving on, finding peace,

Smooth and Beautiful. Simple. ".......'til the ocean calms." I liked that line. Your troubles will be solved and will fade through out time........just wait and give your problems to GOD. He'll know how to stop your tears.

I think it would have less impact on me than the poem has.
Stunning write, hunni.
But...the best thing to do, is let the tears run free, because it is better in the end.
