Why don’t we write poems with numbers?
I think it would work very well
The rhyming you’d find would be simple
And the meanings so easy to tell

Five oranges and five rosy apples
Would equal a bowl of fresh fruit
And one yellow ripened banana
Would equate to the fresh fruits square root

Subtracted; two eggs from one chicken
Would give an additional cluck
Six horse four cows and a field
Would total a mountain of muck

This idea is for sale if you want it
You obviously see it makes sense
So seven eleven and eighteen
Means you owe me thirty-six pence
