seems that I would be lost without you
no one to tell me that it would be alright
I wouldn't have anyone
no one to tell me good night

to me you are like family
because you love me so much
I wish I lived there
but we always keep in touch

I fell like this is a thank you
for showing that you always cared
you help me through my troubled times
and many of beind scared

you voice is so warm and welcome
on the other line
and it always makes me believe
that everything will be fine

you picked me up as I fell
and took me under your wing
you saved me from suicide
or so many times it seems

you showed me so many things
like this world just isn't so cold
and when I needed you
you never released your hold

seems that I would be lost without you
no one to tell me that it would be alright
I wouldn't have anyone
no one to tell me good night

to me you are like family
because you love me so much
I wish I lived there
