Array ( [sid] => 63025 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Hurt [time] => 2004-09-08 17:37:27 [hometext] => this poem was written when I was sad about a friend who was ignorng me for someone else [bodytext] => Hurt

To say i dont care is too much
It makes me feel alone
This loss of feeling is like being out of touch
As I sit there solid as a stone

Im lost in thought
Thought about you and me
Im just waiting to get caught
Get caught by you, Maybe then youll see

See the raw pain in my eyes
When you dont address the matter
It makes me want to cry
My heart once again shatters

These hard feelings arent gone
You act like you dont care
Once again ive been conned
Conned by you and you continue not to share

How do I make this right?
What can I do to get that trust again
We used to be so tight
Maybe when we talk then...

Then youll see the pain
Youll make it all better
The pain will fade
My heart will no longer shatter

If it were only the way it used to be
I know it wont work in the end
But I still want to make you see
see around that little bend

The bend in my eyes you dont see
The hurt and lonliness that dwells there
Maybe then youll talk to me
And act like you care

some things change, and some things never do.
