His dark head is like yours
Laughter his favorite song
As he rides high above the crowds
Your shoulders as his horse
Teetering back and forth
I follow, enchanted with the scene
Knowing this is us, somehow
Within our secret dream
He turns to wave at me
His blue eyes full of mirth
Happiness is but a breath
To breathe and it is gone
Like dreams disperse in mist
Their secrets safely kept
Shared only in the heart

Merry
your writting is like a fine composed photograph. Can see the main subject in sharp focused color, the rest is mono and out of focus. Oh...you forgot the Bandana ;o)

Children are such an incredible inspiration. Filled with mystical qualities, innocence, purity. Wonderful as always.
