One moment, then its gone.
No chance to fix
The things that went wrong.

If you did get another chance,
What would you change,
Or would you go back,
And start all over again?

You could be a president, a doctor,
a teacher a lawyer,
a farmer, a preacher,
a cop or a baker.

Then go back and change the world again.
You could start a family, adopt a child,
Or even start a revolution,
And find yourself exiled.

Eat a feast at every meal,
Drink until you’re ill,
Shoot drugs and swallow pills
Nothing’s real.

You could eliminate poverty,
Rule the world,
Kill a person,
It doesn’t matter –
You’re living in a dream world.

They say you don’t get a second chance
At a first impression,
But what if you did?
The world would turn crazy,

Second Chance

No one gets a second chance at life,
One moment, then its gone.
No chance to fix
The things that went wrong.

What would you change,

I often wished I could go back in time and change things about my own life; do better in school, be a better parent..maybe not marry at all..but then I wouldn't have my son or grandchildren; so everything changes..Great write, it makes you think though...lol.
