hasty and random

Flowing with power

Never still

How do you let it rest?

A beautiful millpond

This was our foundation

Now as our year grows fainter

Random and rapid weve become

Once we were innocent

It Began with a night of conversation

But thru the nights on break

We grew

We found comfort in one another

O my, how those days have faded….

Now we are stuck

So many ways weve abused that purity

Neither of us are the same

Nor could we let happen what was so innate

We turned our back on us

With us came three words

jealousy , resentment, lust

A backwards picture painted thru a mirror

We became tangled

Lost in our ways

Never far from our values

But still not with them

Id rather this picture was painted with my blood

A deep sick feeling is what I have

Instead I wish for a sense of comfort

Warmth

This is why I yearned for you as I did

This is why I run from you as I am

Nothing is sacred

Nothing is pure

Another year closes

Another love is lost

Summer peaks over the mountains this morning

This is my way out

Good bye

Waterfall

Ever flowing, ever changing..yes; how can you stop it.?
Be careful going out through a waterfall..there's always the danger of drowning...the rapids you know.
