As the wind blows through your hair
You light up a cigarette and I stop to stare
I promised not to become this
The way you wave makes me want to cry

Raindrops fall from the ends of your hair
Let’s move to Hawaii
Where it won’t rain
In an unknown place
A place where everything is a dream
A place where you love me and I love you

Like a walk in the rain
You freeze up my skin
The way you stare straight at me, pierces like a pin
I promised not to become this
The light from your cigarette attracts me more
As you carelessly throw matches onto the floor

Raindrops fall from the ends of your hair
Let’s move to Hawaii
Where it won’t rain
In an unknown place
A place where everything is a dream
A place where you love me and I love you

I will remain in my unknown place
In hope I will never experience this fear and regret
So you will never find out the truth…

Like a walk in the rain

This is real lovely. Great write. I really enjoyed it. I bet if you told this person how you felt. this person would love to be with you.
