Reminds me of the lonliness that's mine.
Your perfect beautiful eyes are calling me
To find a way to you.
This was YOUR canvas on display,
Ran thru the projector.
The analog audio was lost,
Caught up in your loophole theory.
So how long will I stay here,
To suffer inside your paintbrush?
Bleeding on your canvas,
Screaming for an intervention.
The price you put on love,
Will get me one more round.
The shot echoes in my head,
As the smoke dances thru my hair.
I just wanted you to know,
I died that night,
And my love left like an Automn wind. [comments] => 4 [counter] => 205 [topic] => 22 [informant] => deadreckoning1983 [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 14 [ratings] => 3 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => LostLove )

DR, even being that the chill of death was clear in this poem, your visuals were great. I enjoyed this piece immensely.

Wow, like a storm gaining strength line by line.
Your pain is evident and well expressed.

So how long will I stay here,
To suffer inside your paintbrush?

Love that whole concept. Well done.
