it well could be child abuse and you have blocked it from yur mind. The only thing you can do is try and relax as much as you can hard as that might be and sooner or later the whole horrifying event will reveal itself to you. I wish mine had been blocked from my mind and i never could remember. chin up and be well

The same thing happened to me a few months ago... I remember everything now... just take it calm.. you can't change what happened...

I know the feelings as seven years ago I started having flash backs. Ur doing jus what I did turn to prayer not long after it came back to me.
One thing to always remember it's jus a memory and meomories can't hurt u once u have waded thru the storm. Mory has to be before your inner healing can come.
It's hard to face the scared little inner child but God will see u thru the storms of the past!

you expressed really well though...
