want to show how i feel inside,
i want to scream and shout,
and let go of things inside,
i want to loose it completely,
so i can get on with my life,
im torn and tortured,
no place for me to hide,
'cause its all still there,
hurting from inside,
i want to let it out,
have a 'very' good shout.

I want to express these feelings i have inside,
i want to show my burning frustration,
even though it hides,
i want to just say what i want to,
without thinking, just speaking,
just letting all this emotion out. [comments] => 4 [counter] => 201 [topic] => 63 [informant] => lonely_kakashi [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 4 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => hbadday )

Well you've made a start with letting some pent up emotions out, with this poem.
But you should go and shout at the top of your lungs, let loose, its amazing how much relief it brings.
Although it tends to get some strange looks, but who cares what others think as long as the anger is released into air, and not at others.
Oh well just my opinion, take it as what it is just a bit of free advice.

Take care always

Kindragon

Doesn't hurt to shout and scream once in a while.....every volcano needs to erupt to be calm for a while again.

my dear, i had the same feelings yesterday, as we say, morning is wiser evening, and i am feeling a bit better.
Yes, i agree with Steve, every volcano must errupt time to time... shout it out! if i could, i would shout pretty loud!
Lovely written, with love, aika:-)

i know how you feel, but think about it...
if you let it all out then emagine the pain you'll recieve from facing it all after-wards.
