I've been searching most of my life...
To come up with a Recipe for Heartache and Strife,
During my intense search...a thought occurred to me
I'll sit myself down and make a Special Recipe...
One with All Natural Ingredients so kind,
To stir into my batter...Please Note: Some were hard to find.
Here goes........................
One fourth cup of Introduction to start us on our way...
Two Thirds cup of Conversation for all we've longed to say.
One third cup of Smiles, how I've missed them so...
Two cups of being Respectable,
Like days of long ago.
One cup of Understanding, to help us should we fall,
Three cups of Kindness...
One of the most important Ingredients of all.
One cup of Patience when waiting seems so long,
Two cups of Melodies when we need a song.
One cup of Laughter...a must have for you and I,
We feel better when we laugh...
Stressing brings us down
We can be in time of need...each others Clown.
Turning all our frowns upside down...
Four cups of Sincere Effort to turn our lives around.
Mix all Ingredients together, until they're blended just right,
Hoping it will replace a Lonesome, Longing Appetite.
No Artificial Ingredients...
Only All Natural will do, this Recipe for Eternal Love...
Is being baked especially with Thoughts of You!

Gloria, this is such a lovely recipe. I know someone that needs to try this out and I hope you don't mind if I send it to him. He is ill and starting to get despondent. I think it might cheer him up. This could be the perfect medicine. You are a doll.
