music is so much of what we live by?
From the first crooning of Mother to her babe
Through the years to the day we die
There is music in everything,the floating ballet of the clouds
Even the angry pushing,shoving of crowds
Tunes in our heads,sad,happy,down and dirty blues even
Music to dream by.love by,laugh by and maybe question what we believe in
Drums beating,armies marching to war
although sometimes even they are not sure what for
A tune you hear on your car radio is saying "Remember me,you danced to me on your first date?"
And there is the church where the strains of the wedding march led you to join your soulmate
When a loved ones time has ended,no longer can they stay
The strong voice of the choir soloist beautifully sends them on their way
Each of us has our own music to our life
To ease us through the mediocrities of daily strife [comments] => 1 [counter] => 449 [topic] => 21 [informant] => Sage [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 5 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => Lifepoems )
