Molded heroes crumbled apart
Painted life, distorted and rotten

Forbidden hall bathed in dark
Loneliest room nearly drained
Hangs one prophet’s unseen mark
Colors faded till luster waned

Untouched yet seemingly altered
Canvas of day and night
Entrancing the fierce, feared and faltered
Horrifying and beautiful sight

Stealing glimpse of life’s core
Instant to breathe and bleed together
Piercing ecstasy of time’s lore
Blindly discarded, veiled here forever

Abandoned gallery of obscure art
Songs of truth forgotten
Molded heroes crumbled apart
Painted life, distorted and rotten

Forbidden hall bathed in dark
Loneliest room nearly drained
Hangs one prophet’s unseen mark
Colors faded till luster waned

Untouched yet seemingly altered
Canvas of day and night
Entrancing the fierce, feared and faltered
Horrifying and beautiful sight
