Sssssh it's speaking
A mouthless voice
Embodied in metal
Whispers neath
Shining silver
Choirs of angels sing
Sans a chorus
And motionless
I'm moved
What's this magic I'm hearing?
There's people in my house,
My room
Yet invisible
But for the equipment that equips them
To be everywhere
And all at once
Oh it's something
I'm sure I can't fathom
But I'll listen and listen because
Sssssh it's speaking
And I'm not leaving
Sure it's wireless
But I'm tied to the
Radio!

Very well-written.
I liked the opening lines.
I think you should have entered your poem in the competition.
It's good.

haha. Shhh, dont tell anyone but this was really good. I love poems about objects and especially when they are quite humorous. now when ever i see my radio (cheap old thing) i feel this wire running from my ear to its speaker. eerie. loved it.
