[bodytext] => A letter to my child within … we all have one in our soul. My child within has been in an adult body that has never grown up. I cannot nurture her because the adult person in me does not recognize this emotion. The adult never wanted to hurt or abuse her inner child in anyway. I am so sorry that I could not show you the love a child so desperately needs. It has been difficult to nurture you, as you should be because my dear child I did not know how to do this. I regret not being vulnerable enough to open my heart up to you and tell you how much I love you. There have been many times that I have wanted to place you in my arms and let you feel the recognition and security I feel for you. I have wanted so much to tell you that your are a beautiful person and that I care for you so much. I wish I could tell you now that I will be there for you, but I can’t promise you that I just don’t know.. All I can tell you is that I will need your help and maybe we can both be able to do this together. My sweet child within me guide me to the opening of your soul, so that I can be open to the love we both are seeking and need to experience so that we can move on.
