Mommy its such a beautiful night
Pap Pap used to take me here to look up at the sky,
Mommy why did he have to die
I miss him Mommy I want to see his face,
I want to sit down beside him on our favorite place
That was our star Mommy do you see it twinkle,
we used to sit here Mommy even if it would sprinkle
The rain used to tickle my nose and Pap would cover my head,
we used to sit here for hours or until our noses turned red
Wish on our star Mommy I bet Pap will hear,
He will help you Mommy he knows what you fear,
Dont cry Mommy hes in Heaven he doesnt feel pain,
Lets not leave it just started to rain
See he's listenin Mommy can you feel he's love,
he heres your problems Momy even from above
We love you Pap you were an amazing man
you know what Pap I was your number one fan
