You said youd share the pain
You said you would hold my hand
And keep me from going insane
You said that you needed me
I know I needed you
But now as I sit here in silence
I know none of it was true
You lied twisted the words
Held on to my broken soul
Made me believe in what I couldnt see
You said you could make me whole
You lied and keep lying
Keep stringing me along
Say you'll always be with me
Always around
You lie and say you'll pick me up off the ground
You lie, your lies,
Im tired of them all
You lie, I dispise
Your never around when I fall
Now I cant go back and turn things around
I know that you wont be here
To lift me up off the ground
I have to be here alone and afraid
I have to take care of myself
My bed has been made
So take your lies and your pity for me
Run fast far away
Go ahead and go flea
Im tired of listening
Your lies hurt my ears
I dont need them
Leave me alone with my tears.
Your lies your lies
I hurt and dispise
Maybe one day you will see
All of the bad things
You've done to me
But I wont be here
I wont be around
You wont have to pick me
Up off of the ground
I dont need anymore

Lots of pain in this one.

Lots of wisdom (earned the hard way) as well.

Very well said.

i can totally relate. i felt like this just last night. i hate fake friends who claim they're always there and when you need them most they screw off especially when you're always there for them...it's not fair. i hope you've found better ones or maybe a good friend inside yourself!
