Quitting smoking is a big step,

Your will & determination is great,

I know life is tough for you right now,
We will get through it some how.

Don’t worry if it takes some time,
Quitting is a ladder that you must climb,
One day your will may feel a bit weak,
Other days you’ll be at the top of the peak.

I am with you all the way,
You are stronger with each new day,
With my by your side giving you support,
Helping you along with all your thoughts.

I know you can climb to the top,
Because you are giving it all you’ve got,
I am so proud of how well you have done,
I now quitting smoking is hard & not much fun.

I am right behind you,
In this thing you are trying to do,
Quitting smoking is a big step,
There are so many rewards you will get.

Your will & determination is great,

Way to go Mark!!! Keep it up!!! Quitting is a life preserver in the ocean of life. Now don't go eating to replace all them cravings! teeheehee! Good luck, and nice write pixie!

Something to give up that you need and want so much is a GREAT step..........I smoke as well, and want to quit. Seems tho, I am not ready.......for I use all excuses in the book. Good write and He is lucky to have you to stand behind him!

How loving and supportive of you Pixie.....It is the hardest thing I've ever tackled. In fact, if I could I'd have chewed them!
But looking back now, I'm so glad I rid myself of such a dirty habit, and expensive too!
Please tell him I'm rooting for him too!
If I can do it, I know he can too!
