Grief

A word unsaid, a deed undone,
A life cut short before begun.
A tragic accident that occured,
Took you life, left us shattered.
Its not supposed to happen
When your'e only sixteen,
A life yet to live,
To fullfil all your dreams.
But Jesus has called,
You sit next to the Father,
The rest of us here,
Are now left to ponder,
God's greatest gift, His saving grace,
One day soon we will see your face,
Smiling so happy as we take our place,
next to God, our sadness erased
