I am so glad you enjoyed your trip. It is full of amazing sights. Thank you for sharing this picture with us. I had never heard of this poetry either. It is lovely. Welcome back. You were missed.

a naga uta means 'long song' dunnit, sorry to poor water on the fire, i have to say it isnt either long or a song, dunno whats going on

well i loved it, beautiful poem ...i looked it up after i saw what zanzabar said, and i found: "naga-uta: japanese poetry form of indeterminate length that alternates lines of five and seven syllables and ends with an additional seven-syllable line." .. so its near perfect!! beautiful pictue too!! wow, your poem is so discriptive, im giving you a 5star:) hugs n' love nessa
