"UNCHARTED ROAD"

Life can be likened to an Uncharted Road.....
Ghosts on a stage, our voices are echoed.
No directions, unexplored, no map to check.
Victim or Victor? We only get one trek!

Falseness, invalidity, illegality, emptiness.....
Numerous hypocrites, without character, aimless.
We become like our associates, choose those wholesome.
Victims choose negativity, Victors choose positivism.

Appearing like a speck of dust, disappearing ghosts.....
Following our Uncharted Road, without guideposts.
Majority marching along miserably side by side.
Takes only one to stand out, strong against the tide.

"Truth" is his name, ages old from the very beginning.
Unwanted, not needed, he considers it a blessing.
Guided by his conscience, led by his integrity.,
Deemed the Victor, not the victim, set ghost free!

Life 's Uncharted Road taught him many lessons wisely.....
He never allowed his past circumstances to control or determine his destiny!
Not wallowing in self-defeat, self-sabotage, self-pity, or depression.
He realised he had the capacity to get past his past,
and experience Victory, 'twas never beaten!

I much prefer to be the victor in events in my life. It gets so very tiring watching all the victims moan about their life situation. Why don't they just take charge and change it instead of pitying themselves and living in it? Not a christian attitude, but it gets really depressing having to watch them fail over and over and over due to their life choices. I will probably make half the site angry but that is just my take on life.
