Would I then be seen?
I'm starting to bore myself
I know how everybody else must feel
I've got no fresh thoughts or ideas
I'm not special in the eyes of any man
I'm getting older and STILL on my own
What's out there for me?
I'm going nowhere fast
Yeah, I know I'm feeling sorry for myself
That's one thing I do very well
I will snap out of it
Maybe
But at this moment in time
I sit here by myself

Would anyone notice
And wonder where I'd gone?
If I no longer posted a comment or a poem

i found your poem to be a bit choppy in places, but still it was interesting to read.
i think we all feel this from time to time and it was good to see some one voicing these feelings.
i myself now know i am not alone when i feel down, thanx.
p.s you have to feel sorry for your self, nobody else will!!!!

i would, and never get down on yourself, you have to much to offer the world and that special someone will turn up. go get im and never ever give up on yourself or LIFE
