pretend to care

you do these things
but your not there
you feel as though your doing me a favor
but you wont even talk to me
you know whats going on with me
you know the trouble that iam in right now
you know that theres pain
but you just dont care
you dont know what this feels like for me
to feel as though iam so alone
to feel as though my best friends not there
you come home, to do me a favor
yet you wont talk to me
even look me in my face
and it hurts me so bad
to feel as though iam so alone
to feel as though my best friends not there
you come home, and i thought we'd talk
you came home, and i thought youd at least hug me
but you wont touch me,
say hi to me
even look me in my face
no,
the first chance you get
you bolt out of this house
and you just dont know
that this hurts me so bad
to feel as though iam so alone
to feel as though ive lost my best friend
all i want is someone to hold me
all i want is someone to hear me
all i want is you to pretend to care...

heartbreaking so awful to feel this way there could be two ways to look at this
one this person really doesnt care or....
this person doesnt know how to deal with your pain or have the nurturing skills thats needed to help you. Either way when your down and in need of a friend this is such a hurt to ones heart. Im sorry for your pain and hope the sun shines on you again soon
