I put on my sweats to relax by the tube.

A flick of the wrist and a twitch of the finger, three hundred channels for me to linger.

Way to many to search one by one.
A button labeled menu.....this looks like fun.

A blue screen appears with times, stations and such. Hundreds of channels with one simple touch.

Input, preset, guide, and display,
codesearch, aux, and one named delay.

Arrows to the left, right, bottom and top, what happened to on? Will this ever stop?

Function, video, prog, and test.
o.k. Im slow but Im doing my best!

Thirty minutes past and looking more like chinese, about to give up....can someone help me please?

A menu within a menu within a menu times four.
It really looks as if I'll watch t.v. no more.

A red button I see and mash in disgrace. Why not I wonder the red matches my face!

Letters appear to form two tiny words...exit and filter,
Im not sure whats occured?

A highlighted section appears to the right, I study it well before mashing in fright.

Again a blue screen with times, stations and such.
I need a degree for this is TOO MUCH!

Angry, and defeated I now head for bed. Glass of tea and asprin for my pounding head!

Off and away, into the night, full of frustration at the mechanical beast, no cd's can play, fore I have not the sight, to see what it means, so no movie delight.......so down to the dungeon I totter and toss, and turn on this friend of mine into another night.......I read with the help of a magnifying light, and thrill to the words of others in delight.

Beautiful poem, makes me smile and say.....off to my dungeon for another precious night.

Thanks for sharing.
