Someone comes along & steals our crown,
We get dealt blows & we get back up,
Until we are exhausted & have had enough.

Then getting back up becomes quite hard,
Our feelings start to feel tarred,
Hurt comes thick &it comes fast,
Ghosts appear from our past.

Life starts to look so bleak,
When your emotions are weak,
A feather could knock you over,
When pain has got you by the shoulder.

Your once solid resistance,
Is now cracked & non existent,
As sadness has taken root inside,
It is a weed that will never die.

You feel so alone & small,
Can’t seem to recover from the fall,
Feel like everyone is your enemy,
This misery holds no remedy.

good write. It is sad that this disease does not have a remedy for if it did there would be less hate, lost and confussed youth out there. Maybe then we would all be able to stay on the rightious path. `Day`
