But you are affraid to because your affraid of what you will do to yourself, or someone else
Affraid of what people will think of you.
because this anger comes from things so minute, so obsure. Yet they drive you so mad with rage.
are you ever affraid to except your anger as justified? Affraid people won't see your anger as justified. because you don't have the ability to let little things go, to let words not bother you. to let things people do not bother you. to not be physically or emotionally able to cope with the way people treat you......respect you [comments] => 4 [counter] => 172 [topic] => 6 [informant] => co_cane13 [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 7 [ratings] => 2 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => AngryPoetry )

That's why I choose to vent my anger in poetry form. Whether I am judged or not, whether they like it or not, it is a great source of therapy for me. As I see it is for you also??? :-)
Angel always...joni 0:-)

Yes I do. I usually paint it out, or write it out, with care and construction. It's 'accept', instead of 'except', and If I can't express my anger, I usually manage to hold it in.

Nice description.

I vent most of my anger in poetry like Joni, but i am afraid of my own anger when i get that bad...
Its rare that i do ever get that bad, but when i do, it isn't good.
Good write.
Phil
