Apparently the end has become
Kill me slowly, I'll never be the same
These torn limbs never felt so good
Will anyone remember my name
When time has washed away the dust of my ashes
When my eyes close for the last time
Does it all merely end in a coverlet of darkness
24 more hours to go
Today is all i got now
Unless you can pull my wings apart
And stop these memories from making me wince
I want more than blue skies
Turn the sky all the colors i see in your eyes
Redemption the dark gift of loving you
I feel your heavily silenced breath on my cheek
And it lacerates my flesh
Less then 24 hours to go now
And my fears have worn me out
I cant kiss my imperfections away
I'm losing control and its all i can do
Lost in this world filled with bitter pain
I don't belong here
I'll take it
Having my insides torn out
Laying smack dead on my face
If i had my way
There would be a flame in my burnt out ashes [comments] => 3 [counter] => 192 [topic] => 59 [informant] => neglected1 [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => psychoticpoems )

Oh My Neglected 1
How very self-destructing be your poem.
I hope it's all a bad dream and you really wouldn't ever consider such a tragedy?
For we all love you here at YPDC....including me!
Written quite well also.
Love you
