but I never wanted to become your wife
I knew this was what I wanted it was my choice,
im just happy to know she'll never hear your voice
The stress you gave me made it hard to prepare,
your evil heart didnt have an once of care
When I was 20 weeks you walked away,
you said you were confused and u just couldnt stay
She was premature because of my stress over you,
and all the drama you put me through
She was 2lbs 1oz but still I wasnt scared,
you saw her only three times and just stared
69 days she was hospitalized,
69 days you were even more despised
You were afraid of her because she was small,
you didnt want to see her you didnt bother to call
I didnt need you when I was with you and I dont need you now,
you say you want to see her well this I wont allow
Where were you when she would struggle to breathe,
you were out and about not havin to grieve
Or when her little body would turn pale,
she needed blood so her little heart wouldnt fail
She needed love and round the clock care,
yet you walked away without any care
She may have been small but she will always remeber,
she knows her family and hey you aren't a member
We may have concieved her but I did it all,
you want to see her try to get past my wall
You decided to leave, but I said good bye,
because I was already protectin her so she wouldnt cry [comments] => 6 [counter] => 231 [topic] => 6 [informant] => Justice3310 [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 20 [ratings] => 4 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => AngryPoetry )

I am so proud of you.....
for your gift with words,
for how far you have come,
for the wonderful mother you are.
For believing in miracles and having the hope
to keep on is spite of it all. It has been your love, and your dedication that made the difference in her precious little life.
xoxoxo
