My heart once lost is smile,
It sat there on the sadness pile,
With no-one to love & no-one to care,
It just silently lay there.

But love gave me back me laugh,
So in giggles I daily bath,
Soak my skin in chortles & grins,
I wallow & feel them soaking in.

A smile is never far from my lips,
As my heart jumps & skips,
It feels so good to be happy,
As I am used to feeling crappy.

So join me in my laughter,
& you can live happily ever after,
Laughter is the best remedy,
Please come here & join me.

Laughter is the best cure,

This is wonderful and brought forth big smiles from me. Laughter truly is the best medicine. Oh yes, and an apple a day. LOL

Laughter is amazing my sister always seems to get a good laugh out of me. haha she is so funny :) I really liked this poem reminds me of my sister.
