You didn’t even hear my first cry,
Did you hate me as I grew,
Developed deep inside of you?

What did I do to make you kill me,
You didn’t give yourself a chance to see,
You might have loved me if you saw,
But you were so quick to shut that door.

I would have been so good,
Lay in my small cot made from wood,
With my arms outstretched for a cuddle,
I would have been your loving bundle.

You could have seen my first steps,
If you’d have waited & just let,
Let me live & seen me grow,
Mummy I would have loved you so.

But you sent me far, far away,
Now up in heaven I will play,
Why Mummy why?
Why did you sentence me to die?

Pixie, this is sad but beautifully written. Thank God she didn't. There are so many babies that are aborted that could be placed in empty loving arms and have a good life. Life just does not matter to some.
