acceptance is what I crave,
praying for a shallow grave,
something to heal the prolonged pain,
no more sunshine just rain,
No more memories or good thoughts,
just fights that got fought,
wanting to normal just like you,
In stead just lonesome always blue,
Needing something that ill make me fell good ,
living life from behind a hood,
A hood of shame a hood of guilt,
A hood of grieve that I built,
The only thing that heals the pain,
is blood that I must drain,
if by knifes or holes in my head,
pains ok but I’d rather be dead... [comments] => 1 [counter] => 147 [topic] => 32 [informant] => MaRy_JaNe_420 [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 5 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 0 [associated] => [topicname] => SadPoetry )

I get these feelings too
I wont say I know how you feel that would be lying but I know that eating lots helps, me anyway. The comfort the right food can bring is sensational. Im not saying you should go to an all-you-can-eat-buffet but realise that food will be there for you. also find joy in simple things, and the pleasure in giving over receiving. learn to take time with just you and the sun , when you can get it. and I could go on but that would be a bit much.
good write
