of special doggie treats
your doggie dish is
almost always full
i even went as far
as buying you popsicles
to help you to stay cool
which was enjoyed by
only one of you

your latest toy i bought
was a great big swimming pool
i thought you would
surely enjoy a dip or two
i watched the barking frenzy
as you didn't understand
the big object in
the backyard was something
i had planned to use
to spoil you again

that was cute! you got me thinking (here he goes again) about pet accessories, did you know you can buy a multi levelled space station/cage for your hamster? amazing but true.
I bought my cat one of those wind up mice, it sent him crazy he skidded across the wooden flooring and hit the kitchen door (the cat) and fell to the ground with his legs splayed he looked like one of those animal rugs! hasten to add he has made a full recovery and the mouse is banished.
Where was I? oh yeah good poem!

Too funny! As the owner of a crazy, spolied, Golden Retriever, I can totally relate to this sweet and funny poem. Thanks for sharing. :)

My animals are spoiled rotten. The domestic and the wild. Even the wild ones are spoiled here, lol

I like you, Faith Mairee; you're obviously an animal lover.

Keep the faith. No pun intended...*g*
